Great app and article for a quick 9-minute workout

HICT Interval Time

I invested a few minutes this morning configuring a timer for a high-intensity circuit training workout that I do.  It’s less than 9 minutes long and can be done anywhere, and you feel great all day.  In fact, there is almost never a reason to not do this workout before you shower in the morning.  And better if you can do more than one circuit, but start with at least doing it every day before you commit to doing it more than one time per day.
